We only ship to Mainland UK.
Delivery will only be to credit/debit card billing address or Paypal provided address to protect our customers and us against fraud. 

We take great care in checking and packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.  You can track progress of your order from the my account page or click here if you are logged in

We use UK Mail for all our home entertainment deliveries.  If you have received a tracking number and need to trace your item, please use UK Mail parcel tracking here


For larger Items and Televisons 42" and over, delivery will be 7-10 working days after cleared payment.
Please provide a contact number, this is required by our Transport Company. If one is not provided, Delivery may be delayed until one is obtained.

Please call us on 01254 447373 between 9:30am and 5:30pm.  One of our assistants will be on hand to help resolve any concerns you may have.  We can help with technical issues, setup, resolve missing accessories, give you guidance on how to use the item, anything you need.

Use the returns form: If you have an account from your my account link once you are logged in.  Click here if you are logged in and wish to report a problem.  If you placed your order via eBay, an account will be created for your convenience.  You can reset the machine generated password by clicking here and then login to view your order information and request a return. 



Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 14 days at no cost, however we must be advised of any faulty goods as soon as possible upon receipt.   Most problems can be resolved over the phone or by email contact, please do get in touch if you are experiencing any difficulties. 

In the event you wish to return a product for refund, it is your responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us safely in its original packaging and the condition in which it was received to be eligible for a full refund.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
